Merck Group selects the payroll computation component of the integrated solution Human Resources Planning

Merck Group is an international leader in pharmaceutical field. The group has operation in 66 countries and has over 39.000 employees across the world.

Merck is present on the Romanian market through two from its four divisions of the group: Merck Millepore, division through which 60.000 products are offered to the market, representing lab equipment, medicine industry equipment, medical research and complex biological systems and Merck Performance Materials, advanced technology division, the products are addressed to the electronics and cosmetics markets, being worldwide leader in liquid crystals production.

Merck purchased the license to use “Sal – Expertul tău în salarizare”, the payroll computation component of the integrated solution for the human resources management Human Resources Planning, Romanian Software registered trademark.

The implementation was performed within a week, including the analysis, configurations, installing, tests, one month calculation in parallel. Starting with the month of April, Merck will benefit of the payroll application functionalities, as well as the maintenance and support services offered by Romanian Software as post-implementation services.
