16 september 2013 – Day off for public sector
The Government Decision no. 590, by which 16 September 2013 is provided as days off for the public sector, was published in the Official Gazette no. 513 from 14 September 2013. For establishing this day off, the employees carrying activities in the public sector, the day of 24 September 2013 will be considered as a normal working day, or the daily schedule will be extended until September 30.
The provisions of the present decision are not applicable within public institutions that are not allowing the activity interruption, the personnel from the Courts of Law involved in lawsuits settlement that have term on 16 September 2013 and the State Treasury.
